Paula clearly loves animals, and it shows in her work. My Stella an 4 yrs old Australian labradoodle can be a handful and full of energy and hard for her to sit still for the whole time it takes to groom her. Stella came back to us perfectly cropped and her face was expertly trimmed. Stella smelled amazing and her fur smooth as silk. Stella's grooming was top notch and came out with a cute red feathers in her hair just in time for valentine's day and nails perfectly cut. Stella was wagging her tail for what seemed like hours! She was clearly happy. Thanks for taking care of my fur baby today!

If You saw the movie "Horse Whisperer" then You know how Paula interacts with her pups. She talks to them from the time the owner gives them to her until the owner receives their pup back. She talks to them during the bath, the drying and the grooming. They (Paula and the Pup) become one during this process.
